Do you laugh very often? I know I don’t laugh enough.
Lately, I’ve been laughing more than I usually do, and it feels good.
I’m thinking about why I don’t laugh as often as I would really like to. I think it’s because I get focused on achieving things I’m working on with my business and projects I’m working on, the remodel, and my move.
Lately, I’ve been able to laugh at me, and silly things I may say and do. My daughter Abby can be humorous, so I’ve been laughing at some things she says. Once I get started, I find everything seems funny! It’s good for your soul to laugh, don’t you think?
As I’ve been putting together my program in a webinar format , my 7 Part Master Class Living In The Glow, and presenting it, I’ve done lots of thinking about what it is to live a life you love, or my terminology, Living In The Glow.
I didn’t include laughing as one of my 7 parts. I just now considered it today. I think that there are many components to living a life you love, don’t you? I have Mindset/Limiting Beliefs as Module 1, Having a Healthy body #2, Daily Personal Practices to Inspire You #3, Clarity of Your Dreams ( with finding your purpose and integrity added into this) #4, Having a Healthy Relationship With Money ( the Universal Law of Compensation will be talked about as well as other points) #5, Having a Healthy Relationship With Others, Yourself and your Maker #6, and Celebrating Yourself #7.
I’ll add in some points about laughing to #6 in having a healthy relationship with yourself. As I have been able to laugh at me, I’ve found I am able to be gentle with myself when I do something I wish I hadn’t done or said. I used to rehash and even beat myself up about something I did like that in the past.
Do you do that too? What are some things you can do to laugh more often at yourself, life, just anything?
My grandkids make me laugh. Children say and do things that are silly, fun, and honest so much of the time, don’t they? Two of my 3 grandkids were up north for the last few weeks with their parents and other grandparents and cousins. Hale and I have really missed them! We’ll get to see them today.
My 2 year old granddaughter was here for my birthday celebration last week, and she says and does such adorable things, that I found my heart was so full!
So, this week, go out consciously and find and do things that will make you laugh and feel lighthearted!
Here’s to a week filled with laughter and fun!
