Being thankful during this month of Thanksgiving, is my topic today.
Do you stop many times a day and think about what you’re thankful for, what you appreciate?
It’s something that is helpful for you to begin doing consciously, as many times a day as you can. Do you remember my article about going on a “Rampage of Appreciation”?

When you do this, things shift for you almost instantly. Your energy and vibrations move higher on the Emotional scale I shared last week. I have talked about this sale, many times in my blogs and in everything that I teach.
Love, joy, bliss and appreciation/gratitude are the very highest emotions we have on this emotional scale.
I’m a visual person and looking at and remembering this scale and slowing down enough to become aware of what I’m feeling any given moment, are all very helpful to me to stay more positive more of my moments than not. I’ll share it once again at the bottom of this article.
You see, as we consciously feel the emotions that are higher on this scale, we are attracting into our lives more of the things that will move us forward to live a life we love. All of this comes from our thoughts.
As I wrote recently in one of my blogs, thoughts become things.
So, to check yourself often as to what you’re thinking unconsciously, stop and pay attention to what you’re feeling.
Our feelings are the best indicator to tell us what thoughts we are continuously thinking.
Are you ever thinking “whoa is me, I’m not able to have or do that, that will never happen, I have bad luck”?
If you are, as you look at your life right now in this moment, you will not have or feel the feelings that will move you forward to a positive place.
As you begin to slow down daily, stop living on auto-pilot, take responsibility for what you do and don’t have in your life, change around your thoughts to more positive thoughts, and create these things as a new habit in your life, you will all of a sudden see the transformations happening.
You are more powerful than you may think you are!
Appreciation, being thankful, even for a moment or two, consistently, is the doorway to shift to an emotion that is higher on the Emotional Scale.
Begin to do everything I mentioned and I guarantee your life will become more joyful. You will have more of the things you long for.
Finally, my hope is you will begin to do all of the things I mentioned often. Not just during the month of Thanksgiving.
