What kind of messenger are you?
So, what do I mean by this?
For instance, I know each of us are messengers every minute of every day. Wherever we go, whatever we do.
People are aware of what you’re putting off and are watching you all of the time.
Are you giving to others what you truly want to be giving?
As you slow down in your present moments and have the awareness that you’re a messenger, I would guess you would begin to give love and kindness more often.
What do you think?
For example, even a smile or nod of the head in support of another, will make a difference.
Giving a sincere complement to a person, can help change their mood.
My friend Tena wrote awhile ago, in her blog, about the messengers in her life. She said they point her in the right direction when she’s lost or stuck, for a bit.
We all have messengers to help us along our way each day as well. We simply need to pay attention to who they are and what they’re saying.
Recently, another friend told me, the book, Radical Forgiveness, has helped her with some issues in her life.
Since I shared about this important book in another article, I knew I was the messenger in this instance. To bring this book to her attention.
Bringing a book or something inspirational to another, is a form of being a messenger.
If you take away something from this article, I hope it is to increase your awareness of how powerful you are.
How important you are.
We each have a responsibility I feel, to be the best person we can be, within our lives.
While we are alone with ourselves, with our spouses, children, grandchildren, parents, siblings, extended family, co-workers and each person we meet, even for a second or two, it’s important to be the best we can be.
Above all, you make a difference in everything you do. You are powerful with your looks, words, thoughts and deeds.
I ask you again, what kind of messenger are you?
Keep this question at the forefront of your mind and heart.
It just may help you to soften your heart, become curious instead of judgmental, and find love and acceptance of yourself and others.
As I have become aware of this, I find a kind of wonder with others, as I go along my journey here on earth.
Lastly, will you begin to be aware of your responsibility as a messenger?
I’d love to hear from you with your thoughts.
With love and many blessings to you,
Connie
