What is going on a rampage of appreciation like?
First, appreciation/gratitude, love and joy produce the highest form of energy vibration.
And when you feel appreciation in advance, it helps bring what you want to you, in that moment.
Hence, you may or may not, think much about energy and vibrations. Only, they really are everything in life.
You know when the vibes in a room you just walked into are not very high. You feel it in your gut.
Sometimes you may want to just turn around and leave. I have actually done that!
In addition, when you are living in your present moments in love, joy and appreciation, your life feels happy and peaceful.
When we aren’t living within these feelings, our moments aren’t as pleasant.
Just stop and slow down and begin paying attention to what you are feeling in any given moment. Then begin going on a rampage of appreciation.
Basically, you begin to picture in your minds eye, people and things you appreciate.
When I get irritated or angry, or sad or any of the feelings that don’t produce what I want, I have learned I’m responsible to change around my thoughts as quickly as I can. That way I’m not attracting unwanted things into my life. However, it’s not always easy. Depending on what is going on.
I do allow myself to feel what I’m feeling, and I know that I have the power to change it rather quickly if I choose to.
Furthermore, as you stop and go on your “Rampage of Appreciation”, I’ve found it is the fastest and most fun way to change your feelings.
Take a deep breath ( taking deep breaths helps tremendously and gets more oxygen flowing throughout our bodies), and look around for something that will make you smile. Something in nature, a child you may see wherever you are, a pet, a person that might warm your heart.
All of these will help to change your energy vibration rather quickly to the higher vibration of appreciation, joy and love.
Just begin practicing this as often as you can. When I’m in line at the post office or a store, instead of feeling annoyed I have to wait in a line, I stop and look around.
Connecting with another person, by looking into their eyes and smiling, helps.
I have then helped myself feel good and possibly that other person.
Similarly, giving a compliment to someone, even someone you have never seen before, can help take down barriers that people put up.
It’s really a fun way to pass time and it helps your own energy vibrations. And also that of any room you are in.
Know that whatever is going on with you, even if you think you may be hiding it, people can feel your feelings, in a split second.
Appreciation is the biggest thing that has helped me to consistently feel better.
Give it a try! I encourage you to begin to go on your “Rampage of Appreciation” as often as you can.
You’ll be helping yourself, your relationships and everyone you come in contact with daily, even if it’s a brief moment!
Here’s to living in joy, love and appreciation!
