Trust.
What does it mean to you?
When I think about a word and the meaning it has for me, I frequently look the word up to see what the “official” meanings are.
Here’s some definitions from the dictionary of Trust:
noun:
-
firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.“relations have to be built on trust”Synonyms:
confidence, belief, faith, certainty, assurance, conviction, credence; “good relationships are built on trust”I was talking to a friend yesterday about how her trust in God/The Universe, has been shaky. As I’m studying the 10 Universal Laws I will be teaching at my upcoming Kauai Spiritual Retreat, October 28-November 4, 2016, I have found that consciously studying these Laws has increased my trust and faith in this entire process of energy and vibrations we are putting off on a daily basis and creating the life we are living within. You see, I’m human and I can get caught up in doubts, fears and my own limiting beliefs, just like you can.I know for sure, as you/I live on the left side of the Emotional Scale I have talked about many times here in my blogs, where your emotions are of a higher vibration, you will attract more and more people, places, instances, and experiences into your life that will move you toward the life of your dreams. It happens one step at a time as you slow down, stop living on auto-pilot, appreciate and feel more, in all of your present moments. You begin to find that more of your moments than not are living on that left side where you are feeling love, appreciation, freedom, passion, enthusiasm, happiness, bliss, eagerness, optimism, hope and yes trust. For as you concentrate and do your best to live in all of these feelings, more of your moments, your trust will increase in yourself and the process of life, God and the Universe. You are human and will fall into the right side of the Emotional Scale daily, where your emotions are of a lower vibration. You will feel doubt, worry, blame, anger, frustration, impatience, irritation, jealousy, and at the very lowest of vibrations, fear, grief, depression, despair and powerlessness. The trick is to be aware of yourself and what you’re feeling throughout your day, so you can slow down and shift out of some of these lower emotions. You ask how to do this if you are way down into the last emotions I described above?I have found using appreciation as a doorway to get to that other side of the emotional scale is the quickest thing you can do to achieve this. Look around you at the moment you’re aware of being on that right side, and take some deep breaths and find something to appreciate. The sunshine, the fall colors, your dog, cat, children, grandchildren, your good health. Anything you can find in that moment to appreciate. This will shift you higher on the Emotional Scale to a higher vibration, I guarantee it!This will increase your trust in the process of life, in the Laws of the Universe, in God and in yourself. Your confidence, certainty, faith, and conviction will grow. This is what I’ve found as I absolutely knew that there were more people meant to be with us on my upcoming Kauai Retreat, and I doubted when they weren’t finding us. Just yesterday, I registered one more woman, who all of a sudden, things were in alignment in her life to join us, where months ago, it wasn’t working out for her to be with us. Just one week away from the start of the retreat, everything was just right for her to be with us!Each person who is joining us for this transformational, rejuvenating, 7 days/7 nights in paradise, were called to be with us, to grow in ways that they never have.I still have 2 spots left if you this retreat calls to you, contact me ASAP, as the woman yesterday did, and join us! Here are all of the details:My hope for you is, you will apply some of the things I talked about in this blog to your daily life, and your trust and faith will increase as your life moves on!With love and appreciation,Connie
