Do you believe that your thoughts become things?
We must each guard with care what we are thinking all of the time, or at least as often as we can.
It’s been proven for centuries that what we think consciously or unconsciously, will create our every day lives.
So, given that will you begin to slow down and become aware of how you are feeling and what you are thinking?
It’s very powerful. It will enhance your life!~
What we are thinking and feeling creates a vibration that is coming from us each an every second of every day.
You ask how can you become aware of what thoughts you’re thinking regularly? I say, stop moving so fast and living on auto-pilot. As you slow down consciously, pay attention to how you’re feeling. Your feelings are the best indicator to what you’re thinking, hence what your drawing into your life.
We are all energy beings. You can feel a person’s vibes as soon as you walk into the same room, can’t you?
We all are intuitive. Many of you have gotten so busy with life’s things, that you don’t stop and tune into your own intuition. Take deep breaths and slow down and pay attention to yourself and those around you!
Have you noticed that when things begin to not go your way, your thoughts get more negative and then things keep getting worse? It’s as if you are pulled into a negative spiral isn’t it?
I’m proposing that you take more time to do the things you love, take care of yourself daily, doing the things you know are good for you and make you feel good. That increases your self-esteem, your energy and creates higher vibrations that are coming off of you. Your thoughts are more positive, and you begin to get more of the things in your life that feel in alignment with you.
Will you begin by doing at least one thing consciously that you love to do each day, even if it’s something little? Add on more things as your days and weeks go on.
Before you know it, your thoughts are more positive regularly and your feelings are more uplifted and carrying a higher vibration. Pay attention to who you’re spending lots of time with. Are they negative or are they positive most of the time? Begin only spending time with positive upbeat people.
I guarantee your thoughts will be happier and more loving, creating more of the life you truly want to live.
