I think of doing something thoughtful every day as the action step to appreciation. I talk often about appreciation and how it will shift your emotions to a higher vibrational level. So, do you do something thoughtful every day for someone else?
As I have said many times we can simply share a smile or a kind word or say something nice about people out in our lives every day.
Think about it. Do you consciously give to someone every day? Your mate, children, family, friends or a store clerk you don’t know?
If you’re getting up at home and your mate is sitting there, do you ask if you can get anything for them while you’re up? That’s being thoughtful. Do you think about something they may love to eat and prepare it? Do you ever leave a little note for them of appreciation and love? These are all thoughtful things you can do often.
As I look at it, appreciation is the doorway for each of us to shift out of a lower vibration that we may be in at any given time. It takes seconds or moments to stop and look around and appreciate someone or something in our surroundings doesn’t it?
What if you take it to this next level, the action step of doing something thoughtful for another?
I guarantee your life will become more joyful and you will begin to receive from God/The Universe/Source more of the things and people you want in your life when you begin to be more thoughtful daily.

This is so true, don’t you think? We can each make such a difference on this planet on a daily basis by simply slowing down enough and thinking of someone else and showing a kindness toward them. We never know what someone else may be going through at any given moment.
Why not take a moment and be thoughtful? Why not add to their life instead of being negative and taking away from their life? I like to think that most, when they really think about it, want to add to anothers life.
I am getting a new speech together right now that has to do with being a conscious creator. We each are creating our life with the way we think and act daily. Why not create consciously what you want by slowing down and thinking through what it is you do want and how you want to show up in your life? We are each messenger’s every day out in our lives. What kind of messenger are you?
So I will ask again, do you do something thoughtful every day? If not, I challenge you to begin today!
