Do you believe in yourself? I can honestly say my self-belief grows all of the time. Do I have doubts about myself? Yes. Do you too?
It comes from first finding self-love, I believe. Then it goes into having faith in a power greater than yourself. Or maybe it’s the other way around?
What do you think?
What I know for sure is, as you have faith in yourself, you can achieve anything you put your mind to.
Sometimes it’s easy to fall prey to negative thoughts, isn’t it?
Your Doubter comes into play. Maybe every day? We all have a Doubter.
Do you just ignore your Doubter and pretend it isn’t there, or do you take it out into the light and address it, have a real conversation with it?
As I and many others I have coached have found, as you have a conversation with your Doubter and find out what is going on, what fears you are not addressing, what limiting beliefs have cropped up, you will be able to move beyond the doubts and fears, more quickly and easily. To pretend your Doubter isn’t there, will keep you stuck, and not able to move forward toward your goals and dreams.
When you have this conversation, your self-belief will begin to grow and you will begin to trust in yourself more often. It’s like exercising a muscle. The more you work it, the stronger it gets. So, the more you pay attention to your Doubter and find out what’s going on inside of you, your muscle of self-belief grows stronger.
Slow down, pay attention to yourself, take deep breaths and listen. You all are intuitive beings, and the more you learn to trust yourself and believe in yourself, the more goals you will reach and more of your dreams will come true.
Please leave me any comments below about your belief in yourself and what you’ve done to increase it.
Blessings to you,
Connie

Thank you Louise! I appreciate it. Love you too!~
This is so true Connie. I believe that facing your fears and doubts will help clarify what may be holding us back. Also what you resist persists is a quote I read a long time ago. Running or ignoring those feelings aren’t the answer. You are a blessing to so many women! I appreciate you.
Thank you so much Cathy! I appreciate you too!~
