Release resistance through your breath.
What do I mean by this?
Your breath, your breathing, is your life force. It connects you to life and well being.
First, when you control your breathing, slowing it down, it sends more oxygen throughout your body.
Since I’ve done my own experiments with a blood pressure cuff on my arm, with a few deep breaths, I’m able to lower my blood pressure.
Furthermore, as you are taking the deep breaths, you are then releasing any resistance you may have in your body.
As a result of your deep breaths and releasing resistance, you are able to think more clearly and settle your emotions down.
Do you remember the Emotional Scale I share often with you?
On the left side of this scale, your emotions are more positive. Hence, creating vibrations that help keep you from creating resistance to well being.
On the right side of the scale, your emotions are more negative. Keeping you in a more negative emotional and thought pattern.
In other words, you are creating the resistance inside of you. Which separates you from feeling good and attracting positive energy or vibrations to you.
Anything that keeps you in a resistance mode, keeps you from a life you love. From well being.

When you meditate, you reset your vibration to a neutral point. In the process, you drop any resistance you have that is blocking you from receiving the inspiration towards your desire.”
Likewise, I have chosen to meditate daily now since I was 19 years old, in 1974.
You see, as I concentrate on my breath during meditation or yoga, I am consciously releasing resistance I may hold in my body, thoughts or emotions, that keep me from my well being.
Therefore, I urge you to begin with a guided meditation you can listen to anywhere. I have several choices on my iPhone.
Some are beautiful sounds from nature, such as ocean waves, falling rain, birds singing, and also, piano and flute music.
You choose which relaxes you and begin listening each day for just 5 minutes. Advance to longer periods of time if you want.
Consequently, as I have chosen mid afternoon for my meditation, I am rested and in a better mind set for the rest of my day and evening.
My wish is you will begin this practice consciously, daily.
I know for sure, when you do, you will become more peaceful and appreciative of your life and others.
Lastly, this creates more positive energy and vibrations, going out into our world.
You are choosing to become a conscious creator.
