Cherishing your moments as they’re happening, is something I am aware of more and more.
How about you?
Do you stop and savor lots of your moments?
This past weekend, Labor Day weekend 2016, my parents and my sister and husband, flew up here to Minnesota from Toledo, Ohio to spend 5 days with us. How special it was to have them all here in our home!
The photo shown is a moment I captured and want to cherish, of my mom having a conversation with my amazingly beautiful, smart 3 year old granddaughter, Olivia Rose, Livi. Since we live in two different states, about a 12 hour or so drive away, this kind of moment has happened only a few times in Livi’s short life.
I was present to lots of moments this past weekend that I stopped, felt and cherished. They come and go in a blink of an eye.
That is what I teach about as much as I can, as all of you know who have read my blogs the last few years, keep hearing from me. Stopping, slowly down, no longer living on auto-pilot, or as little as possible, so you can each enjoy and cherish your present moments.
I know as you do this and string lots of these moments together, appreciating and cherishing them, more beautiful things will be coming your way. It’s about your vibration and what you’re putting out there in your world.
Why not create more of these moments you really love and will cherish?
I know one of the reasons I write this blog and share it out there for all of you to read and hopefully take away some nuggets of something you will use in your own life daily, is one of my ways of giving back to you.
I feel deeply and care deeply about each and every one of you. I care about this planet and having as many people out there living a life they truly love. I can’t do it for anyone else other than myself. I can be an example to the best of my ability.
Isn’t that what you want too? To be a good example to everyone you meet out there in your life every day? I like to believe that most really want this same thing.
To add to someone’s life instead of taking away from it.
Last year when I had my very first retreat I hosted in Kauai, I found myself cherishing many moments! How could I not in paradise? There are still some spots left if you would like to join us this year for my Glow Kauai Spiritual Retreat October 28-November 4, 2016. Check it out:
What do you stop and cherish each day? Will you begin to slow down and become aware of all of this?
Leave me a comment of what you do to cherish your moments.
With love and appreciation,
Connie
