I am really enjoying doing my blogs every week and asking other experts in their field to come and share their insights with all of you!
I’m really thrilled to be touching people’s lives with these articles. I have had some private feedback about how the posts this month of February, about loving yourself, are inspiring and helpful to them, with things that are going on their lives right now.
My purpose in life is to live in joy and to inspire others to live in joy.
One of the hats I wear, is a certified coach, trained with Marcia Wieder, at Dream University. Part of the 12 week workbook process I take people through, is a whole session on finding your purpose. Marcia brilliantly put together workbook pages for us to do each week, and in this session, finding our purpose.
It’s a fairly simple process, and I’ve helped several people discover what their purpose is. As I/we live from our purpose in everything we do, I/we are in alignment with our essence of who we are.
When we aren’t living from our purpose, we feel the discord, the lack of alignment.
Perhaps it’s feeling angry, frustrated, sad, lonely, fear, etc.. We are human, so we will feel these feelings. We can also learn to acknowledge where we are, and move out of these feelings faster, so we don’t need to stay within them for hours, days, weeks and even years.
I coach ways for myself and for others to recognize, and pay attention to what is truly going on inside of us. As I/we become conscious creators of our present moments, and we are living in alignment with our essence, in alignment with God, we will each live happier, more joyous, love filled moments.
We will have more energy, more enthusiasim, more creativtiy, and more power. Our lives become richer.
As we live from our purpose, we become more patient with ourselves and others. We have an increased sense of humor for ourselves and others. We become a different person. We become someone others love to be around and we love ourselves in a whole new way.
Passion and purpose go hand in hand. Passion helps propel us into action!
I recently took a personality test that showed how others see me. My top thing I operate from is passion. It’s hard for me not to be living in some sort of passion, for little simple everyday things I see, hear, taste and feel. According to this test, others see me filled with passion.
If you want to know more about this test, contact me and I can give you the expert’s info that came up with the test.
Think of living from our purpose as something that “lights” us up, as if we are plugged in. Can’t you tell when yourself or someone else is truly living from their purpose? They do appear as if they are plugged in or they are “lit up” don’t they? Can’t you feel it?
Our energy shifts and becomes lighter.
Think about yourself, after you know what your purpose is, walking around with a plug in your hand, actively seeking creative outlets to “plug into”, to light yourself up, and express your passion.
This is a humerous visual I love, to remind myself to live from my purpose.
I am so appreciative for all I’ve learned, about loving myself and living from my purpose. I see life in a whole new way.
Do I still feel fear, frustraion, anger, and sadness? Yes, you bet I do.
I have tools to move through all of this much faster than I used to.
Let me know how I can help you!
Write comments below if you’d like, or you can private message me too.
