As you keep your vibration as high as you can, you’re helping yourself and this planet.
First, you must have an understanding of energy and vibration and how it affects every living thing on earth.
As a result of you consciously raising your own vibration, you give off positivity.
My understanding is, positivity is much stronger than negativity.
When you keep your vibration as high as you can, you are not only healing yourself, you’re healing our planet.
Because I look at being conscious with our thoughts as a strong form of prayer, the more people who come together, creating strength in numbers, help negative situations.
Furthermore, I’ve learned over the years, when negative things are happening, or low vibrations, do your best to not focus on them.
So, how do you do that? Spend quiet time sending love and energy, or prayers, to as many people as you can.
Since you are human, it’s easy to get caught up in the negativity. Especially with what is going on in our world right now.
At my fun aqua class this morning, someone I’ve connected with in the past, said something that greatly disturbed me about the situation in Israel and Gaza.
Hence the topic of this article.
In other words, I have struggled with her support of terrorists in any shape or form. I am still allowing her views, to haunt me.
Also, since I have heard of so many others that are calling for the death of Jews here on U.S. soil, I’m perplexed at their thoughts and why they would feel so strongly about killing and eradicating a whole group of people.
Because my children are Reform Jews, I learned about this beautiful faith and group of people. Their dad is Jewish, I am not. In Reform Judaism, if your father is Jewish, you are considered Jewish as well.
Learning to cook all of the delicious foods for each of the Jewish holidays, was something I did with love. As well as sitting in temple experiencing the beautiful services.
My heart is sad that so many in our country and around the world, have such hate for Jews.
Above all, I need to go back to what I’ve been sharing for many years now, about vibration and keeping it high.

I’m a visual person and seeing the higher vibrations on the left side of the scale and the lower ones on the right, are a helpful reminder to be on the the left side more often.
Consequently, as you stop and concentrate on who and what you appreciate, you’re raising your vibration. Hopefully to the left side of the scale.
Meditation, listening to music, doing things you enjoy and spending time with people you love, also help raise your vibration.
My hope and prayer is, all of you who read my articles each week will join me in raising your own energy and spend time sending out love and prayers to the world.
