I’m hosting My Next Spiritual Vacation Retreat In Costa Rica
I’m so excited to be hosting my 5th Glow Spiritual Vacation Retreat in the spring of 2022!
Because I was coached in 2014 in a year long business class, to begin hosting a retreat, I was guided to host my first retreat in the fall of 2015.
However, the guidance didn’t come from my instructor. She told me to wait another year, since I had never done this before, and my business was new.
Ha! For me, when I get guidance from God, I listen.
For instance, when I first talked about hosting a retreat with others in our class, I instantly felt fear.
As I followed the instructions to dream out loud with my table of classmates, it came easily to me. Hawaii was the place for a spiritual retreat!
You see, Hawaii has been a place I fell in love with when I first was on the Big Island, in 1989. As I spent other vacations on Maui, my heart expanded, and I loved the energy and profound beauty.
When I left this class, I really didn’t think about it again, until my daughter introduced me to Adrian Nicholas of Kalewa Kauai. He was the guide, cook, spiritual person who took care of most of the details for instructors like me, when they hosted a retreat.
After looking at his videos, that knowing began to grow inside of me. October of 2015 was a vision I had to host my first one.
Consequently, as I began telling people about my all-inclusive Kauai retreat, people began registering.
After the first one, I knew that I was going to host others. It was my chance to help people know and share their unique gifts, in whatever way they were guided to.
As a result, we each would be doing our part to help raise the vibration of this planet. I know for sure, when each of us know what our purpose is and live from it, the happier we are in our lives, in every aspect.
At the end of each of my 4 retreats I have hosted, I felt as tall as the sky. Three with Adrian on Kauai, and this past April, Sedona, Arizona, among the powerful Vortex Energy.
Not only because I was following guidance God gave me each time, but because I was living from my purpose, did I feel this way. To live in joy and inspire others to live in joy.
The thoughts of this next retreat began to grow inside of me in 2018, when I met the owner of Lapazul Retreat Center.
I will be sharing some of my favorite Laws of the Universe and guided meditations to help you bring more health and joy into your life.
We will have our very own yoga instructor who will be guiding us on the yoga platform and in the beautiful infinity pool!
You will also experience instruction by an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping) instructor.
Our Retreat Venue:
The beautiful serene Lapazul in Dominical, Costa Rica, sits 1000 feet up, with 180-degree, breathtaking views of the ocean. Sunsets can be seen from this resort as you sit on your private balcony.
Lapazul is reserved for just us. No other people will be staying here while our retreat is happening.
Elizabeth-Patricia Connor along with her husband, was inspired to open this retreat center. She envisioned a beautiful place surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view of the ocean where people could stay, be at peace, learn and heal.
It is a place where people can come from around the world to connect to a place like none other and to people seeking the same knowledge.

Lastly, each participant leaves the spiritual vacation retreats I host, feeling relaxed, more in tune with themselves, nature, and life. There’s no way not to feel more at peace.
You see, we spend most of our time outside from morning until evening, enjoying the many excursions, exploring the magical surroundings and culture of the area.
