How you treat other people, is a reflection of how you feel inside.
This meme received the most social media attention of the majority of my posts. Indicating to me, people are attracted to this topic. I’m sharing this article once again.
As I’ve talked about before, “hurt people, hurt people”, “It’s really their battle with themselves.”
It’s a reflection of how they feel inside.
Same for all of us. You can’t give to others what you don’t have inside of you already.
As I began my conscious personal growth journey in 1974, at the age of 19, I learned in the classes I took, it’s vital to living a life you love, to truly love yourself first.
This goes hand in hand with my topic about hurt people. They are negative. Negativity is a thief. It steals happiness.
Pay attention to how you treat others. This is an reflection of how you feel about yourself.
Hence, when you keep yourself strong and healthy, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, naturally you will treat others better.
You’ll be more kind and patient with others and with yourself. Do you agree?
It’s all a reflection of how you feel inside. This reflection will show up in every situation you are in. So, doesn’t it make sense to find ways each day to feel the best you can inside?
Therefore, what are some practices that you use often to keep yourself healthy and guard yourself from negativity?
As a result of my articles, I have people who send me emails each week with their thoughts as I ask certain questions.
My friend, Wynnie wrote to me:
“Crystals—black tourmaline in my left pocket, is a great protection!
Saying this every morning before I leave the house:
“I encircle myself with the white light of Love and Divine
protection, only allowing positive thoughts and energy to
affect me. Negativity will bounce off me from those I
encounter.”
Then I talk to Archangel Michael to surround me with
his blue light and egg of protection.”
Above all, as I continue to share with you and others, I know I’m encouraging you to slow down and pay attention to what you’re feeling daily.
Awareness is key for you to be the reflection of what you’re feeling inside. Did you notice that all important word? BE.
Furthermore, taking time each day, if even for just a few minutes, to get quiet, meditate, pray, listen and tune in, are vital to your peace and self-love.
I use a guided meditation or soothing sounds, such as ocean waves, piano or flute music, from apps on my iPhone. This can be done even sitting at your desk or in your car, in between meetings.
Here’s a short article I found; you may want to read as well on this topic:
It’s up to you to create a life you love, so you can be a reflection of it. Therefore, treating others with kindness and love.
Isn’t this how you’d like to live?
Finally, make the choices and add and subtract, things into your day, so you can be who you truly want to be.
With love, kindness and appreciation,
Connie
