Everything is in a constant state of vibration. As I’ve shared with you in the past, we are all energy beings, so therefore we are always carrying a certain energy vibration.
How do your raise your energy vibration? You must first understand about energy and vibrations.
Everything is vibrating at a different rate or frequency. Our thoughts and feelings carry different levels of vibrations and our thoughts control which emotions we’re feeling at any given time.
The frequency of vibration you’re at in every second, determines what you resonate with or are in sync with, in your life.
I know for sure that if there’s something you really want in your life, a person, a situation, anything, if you’re not in alignment with the vibration of it, you will not have it. It will not be able to find you. You must be at the same vibration.
The Emotional Scale I’ve shared many times, will be at the bottom of this blog. I urge you to print it and look at it often. It will help you to become aware of what you are feeling, hence what you’re vibrating.
All the emotions on the left side of this scale are of a higher vibration. The emotions on the right side, are of a lower vibration.
If your vibrations you’re putting off are on that right side of the scale and you’re not doing anything to shift your emotions and thoughts, you will never have whatever it is you want. It defies the Universal Law of Vibration. Your vibrations must match, in order to receive it.
You see, every thought we have is instantaneously sent out, zinging through the Universe, resonating with like frequencies. As it resonates with those frequencies, it brings them back to you.
The problem is, most people switch their frequencies so many times each day. And by the time the thing you want starts to head back to you, you’ve already changed your frequency. It’s like the manifestation of what you want comes into your life and shoots right past you. You don’t ever see it, because your frequency isn’t in sync.
Do you understand, the key is to maintain the same frequency as often as you can? How do you do that?
By paying attention to what you’re thinking and the best indicator of what you’re thinking is what you’re feeling. You do have control over both. With daily practice, you will become a conscious creator as you are aware of the Universal Law of Vibration.
Do you remember what I’ve said in the past about appreciating anything in your surroundings continuously throughout your day?
As you do this, you’re changing your vibrations over to the left side of the scale.
Appreciation is one of the emotions that holds the highest vibration. The more you appreciate, the higher your vibrations are.
What you want can easily find you. As you hold your vibrations at a higher level, this will happen.
Furthermore, what if you are experiencing something that has you living at number 22 on the Emotional Scale, where you are at the lowest of energy vibration?
As and example, I was speaking with a group of women this week about this topic. Two of the ladies endured enormous amounts of pain after their sons both passed away.
They both relayed some of these things, ( I added in some) that helped them raise their energy vibrations. Other ladies added their thoughts:
- Helping others. Reach out and help people in some way.
- Accept help from people.
- Smile at people. Especially strangers.
- Laugh as often as you can
- Praying to God to help you. God works through all of us.
- Work with a coach, therapist or clergy often.
- Allow yourself to cry. Crying can help cleanse your energy.
- Meditate each day. Breathe deeply and allow yourself to relax.
- Exercise. Get outside in nature. This shifts your energy and creates those feel good endorphins.
- Look in the mirror and say, “I love you” often.
- Spend time around supportive, loving people.
- Lastly, and this may be the quickest way to raise your energy vibration they said: listen to upbeat music, sing and dance often!
My hope is you will become aware of your energy vibration and use the Emotional Scale below throughout your day.
