G.L.O.W. Costa Rica Spiritual Vacation Retreat, 2023, was a great success!
Because we had a wonderful group of women, the friendships and comradery was there very soon after we began.
First of all, we arrived in Costa Rica the day before our retreat began. Since flights are such that flying in on the same day are impossible.
With the arrival at the Hilton Doubletree, near the San Jose, Costa Rica Airport, SJO, came relaxation, sunshine by the pool, and time to get to know each other.
Furthermore, this was my 6th Spiritual Vacation Retreat I have hosted and second in Costa Rica. So, with that said, comes knowledge of what works and what doesn’t.
Consequently, I would have to say, the energy and vibrations of this retreat were the most relaxed of any of my retreats.
I gave everyone the time to relax by the gorgeous infinity pool if they so desired, throughout the retreat.
The Universal Law teachings, 10 of my favorite, were completed in two 3 hour sessions. On two different mornings, when people’s energy was fresh.
The sharing of the Laws went smoothly and the ladies participated often with their thoughts and ideas. This is what makes a world of difference with everyone understanding the Laws and encourages them to take notes.
As one of the ladies said, “these Laws are simple. We just need to use them out in our everyday lives.”
Costa Rica and Lapazul, the gorgeous dream location of my friend Elizabeth Patricia Connor and her husband, is the perfect place to host a retreat.
The entire staff take the best care of us, from the chef and his kitchen staff, waiters, the two managers, housekeepers, drivers and maintenance staff.
Everyone felt well taken care of as we enjoyed the breathtaking sunsets each evening, time outside on the yoga platform for our circle groups, morning yoga and pilates, and fun and relaxation in the delicious infinity pool.
What’s more, the beauty of Costa Rica, provides the most amazing backdrop for our many different excursions.
This time, I chose to come during more of the dry season, so we could enjoy our time on a catamaran on the Pacific Ocean. And what a beautiful day it was!
We didn’t get to see any whales, which was my hope, only the lunch, dancing and fun we had before and after we snorkeled, was enjoyed by all.
So, due to my daily posts with photos and videos on social media, during the retreat, I have had many people tell me they want to join me on the next Costa Rica Spiritual Vacation Retreat.
I had said before this retreat, this was my last one I was hosting for awhile. Since my daughter, Abby, her husband James, 17 month old Elianah and now just over two weeks old, Elijah, need my help. They moved here to Minneapolis before Thanksgiving from Florida, living only 20 minutes from us.
Plus, my husband and I bought a 3 bedroom condo in Daytona Beach Florida last spring. With the hopes of spending more time away from our winters here in Minneapolis.
With that said, after I have been home for less than two weeks now, I know in my heart, how important it is for me to continue to host my retreats. Sharing about my 10 favorite Universal Laws, that can help transform your life, if you will allow them to.
The many requests I have received to host another retreat in Costa Rica, fill a page now!
It remains to be seen whether a third retreat will take place at Lapazul in Costa Rica. Only I will talk with people to see how serious they are about joining us before I book the retreat.
Finally, if this is something you would like to be a part of, let me know, email or message me.
At this point it wouldn’t take place until 2025. Probably the end of February into March.
This will give people a chance to put a payment down to secure their spot, and make payments over at least 18 months.
There are limited spots, so reach out to me soon!
With love and appreciation to all of you,
