Can You Learn To Feel Carefree? How often can you achieve it?
“In this fast-paced, modern world that we live in, do you find it hard to feel carefree? We seem to spend more time than ever feeling anxious or worried.
Would you like to learn how to feel carefree and start enjoying life, instead of enduring it?
Living a carefree lifestyle is one where worries do not overwhelm you because you are able to effectively manage your stress-levels and your own happiness. What’s more, caring less about the smaller things will help ensure your own sanity.”
Here are some tips to feel carefree:
- Slow down each day and take time doing something you enjoy. Or simply do nothing at all.
- Know you do not need to be perfect!
- Get outside and enjoy nature. Breathe.
- Learn to love yourself. Find respect for yourself by living from your values.
- Identify what stresses you out and learn to deal with them or stay away from them.
- Do your best to release attachment to an outcome.
- Feel appreciation often each day.
- Take time each day to meditate and get quiet. Pray.
“By following these eight steps above and learning to care about more about the things that matter and not about the things that will suck your time, energy and sanity, you’ll begin to live a much more carefree life.
However, sometimes more is involved and you may need help to move past certain traumas and emotions.”
Furthermore, as I talked with my friend, Debbie, here are her words of wisdom:
“To access the feeling of being carefree, it automatically comes when you’re doing something you love to do”.
Because she also reminded me about the 17 seconds, Abraham-Hicks teaches, I thought I’d share that as well.
“One of the most powerful techniques taught in the Abraham Hicks materials is the 17-second rule. This rule states that if you want to attract something into your life, you need to focus on it for at least 17 seconds. The reason for this is because it takes at least 17 seconds for your thoughts to reach the level of your subconscious mind. Once your thoughts reach the subconscious mind, they can start to manifest in your reality.
And when you focus on a thought for 68 seconds, the vibration becomes powerful enough to manifest itself in real life.”
“When you find a thought of something wanted and hold that purely by imagining it, pretending it, remembering something like it, using it, when you hold that thought for as little as 17 seconds, another thought of the same vibrational equivalent, because of law of attraction, joins it. And when those two thoughts come together there is an explosion of energy. So in order to give you an idea of the power of the thought, we would say to you that when that first 17 seconds joins, that there is an energy extension that is equivalent to about 2000 action hours. That’s huge! When you cross the next 17 second mark, the expression of energy is 10 times the first…68 seconds of pure thought has huge action consequences.”
– Abraham-Hicks
Finally, using this technique above for only 68 seconds, will help you to feel more carefree, while you release those things that keep you from feeling it.
Those resistances that keep you stuck in your life, will become less.
My hope is you will learn to live more carefree each day,
Connie
