Do you believe in yourself? I can honestly say my self-belief grows all of the time. Do I have doubts about myself?
Yes. Do you too?
It comes from first finding self-love, I believe. Then it goes into having faith in a power greater than yourself. Or maybe it’s the other way around?
What do you think?
What I know for sure is, as you have faith in yourself, you can achieve anything you put your mind to.
However, when you know you can achieve a goal, it’s easy to fall prey to negative thoughts, isn’t it?
Your Doubter comes into play sometimes, doesn’t it? Maybe every day?
Do you just ignore your Doubter and pretend it isn’t there, or do you take it out into the light and address it, have a real conversation with it?
I know as you have the conversation with your Doubter and find out what is going on, what fears you are not addressing, what limiting beliefs have cropped up, you will be able to move beyond the doubts and fears, more quickly and easily.
To pretend your Doubter isn’t there, will keep you stuck, and not able to move forward toward your goals and dreams.
Your Doubter is there to protect you. And as you remember this consciously all of the time, you won’t be as tempted to shove it aside and not find out what is going on. As you gently ask your Doubter to reveal your limiting beliefs or any blocks you may have, you will move through whatever is going on.
Then your self-belief will begin to grow and you will begin to trust in yourself more often. It’s like exercising a muscle. The more you work it, the stronger it gets. So, the more you pay attention to your Doubter and find out what’s going on inside of you, your muscle of self-belief grows stronger.
Slow down, pay attention to yourself, take deep breaths and listen. You all are intuitive beings, and the more you learn to trust yourself and believe in yourself, the more goals you will reach and more of your dreams will come true.
Your action steps are as I stated above, listen to yourself, slow down, be kind to yourself, have the conversations with your Doubter, and I guarantee your self-belief will grow!
Have a wonderful week!
