How do you become a conscious creator?
What does this mean?
You see, we are all creating the life we are living all of the time, so why not choose the life you want to live on purpose?
Last week in my article, I mentioned briefly about being a conscious creator.
As a result, I felt it was time to share again about what it is.
What can you do to create a life you love consciously?
What you need to know is that well-being is the only way God wants us to ultimately live. All humans create obstacles and resistances to well-being without knowing we’re doing it.
First, it begins with our limiting beliefs we have about ourselves, life and others. A belief is simply a thought you continue to think long enough that it becomes your belief. Why not consciously feed into our own thoughts, positive and uplifting things that are of a higher vibration?
Then you’re creating different beliefs that will serve you.
I’ll share again the Emotional Scale at the bottom of this blog. I’m a visual person and this scale helps me to be aware of what I’m feeling.
For instance, when you look at this scale, on the left side are feelings that create a higher vibration inside of us. And on the right side, are feelings that will create a lower vibration. What I’m asking you to do is to begin paying attention to yourself and what you’re thinking and feeling. Your feelings are the best indication for you to become aware of what you’re thinking on a regular basis.
Hence, the more you’re consciously feeling the feelings on the left side of this scale, you’re becoming a creator of a life you love. You’re happier and pleasant to be around.
It’s up to you to stop and slow down, often throughout your day. And then pay attention to what you’re feeding yourself with your thoughts. We can each become a conscious creator of our own lives.
It’s like any new habit or thing you begin to do. It may take some time.
What will help you to have a more positive attitude? I’ve spoken often about starting and ending your day with an inspirational reading. Also, writing in a gratitude journal helps.
Similarly, begin doing something everyday that you love to do. Music is something that many people find can shift their thoughts and feelings. Put on music that you really enjoy. You may find yourself singing and maybe dancing!
Get moving! Get outside and take a walk or get to the gym. Do yoga. Meditate. Pray.
Be patient with yourself. It may take some time to shift things inside of you.
Maybe find some humor as you catch yourself thinking things that don’t feel so good. I do that. I may laugh at myself as I’m aware I’m irritated or impatient.
As I mentioned last week, feeling appreciation often will help you to shift yourself higher on this scale and perhaps even get over on the left side. Appreciation is the best tool I know of to help you create better feelings and better thoughts regularly.
Write things down you appreciate each day.
Above all, as you do many of these things, you’re on your way to becoming a conscious creator.
You can allow or disallow well-being to be what you live within. When we are engaged in negativity, gossip, bad mouthing ourselves or anyone else, we are stopping this flow of well-being from coming to us. And it doesn’t feel good.
So, what do you choose to create for your life? It’s up to each of us to be a conscious creator and love our life.
Love and blessings to all of you,
Connie
