Appreciation and Gratitude are the best way to live. I spoke about giving thanks last week.
Giving thanks, gratitude and appreciation can be used in the same way.
I’ve shared with you in other articles how appreciation is a doorway to shift your energy to the left side of the Emotional Scale. Remember, the left side of this scale is where your higher vibrations are. I’ll share again at the bottom, this valuable, visual I use each day.
What do you appreciate? Do you slow down long enough to allow yourself to feel it? I guarantee as you consciously do this throughout your day, you’ll be attracting more of what you want into your life.
Your life will become happier, filled with more contentment and peace.

Gratitude/Appreciation is something that has helped me change around many present moments from many different feelings that haven’t felt especially good, to feelings closer to love and kindness.
I’ve shared with you before, about going on a conscious “Rampage of Appreciation”. Spending many moments throughout your day appreciating many people, places, and things, is how you go on this “Rampage of Appreciation”.
I slow down and become aware of my surroundings and feel the love and appreciation I have for whoever is in my present space or for nature or anything else that is around me.
It changes my energy to a higher vibration, and I know others can feel it. Even if people aren’t consciously aware, I know people can feel others’ vibes.
Think about times you’ve walked into a room, a party or gathering, or any place, and you can tell immediately something is off. Or the opposite when you walk into a setting and everything feels warm and inviting.
I feel it’s my responsibility to be aware as many of my present moments as I can, of what I’m giving off to the world. I’m either giving or taking away, at any given moment.
Even if it’s simply a split second when I can connect with someone’s eyes and smile. It can mean the world to that other person, if I give them a smile and connect with their eyes, or perhaps speak to them.
I also write in a Gratitude Journal every morning too.
Hence, writing down what you’re thankful for each day, adds power to it.

So, as I finish this article, I hope you will begin to take your own responsibility to consciously become aware of how thankful, appreciative and grateful you are at any given moment. Make the choice to go on your own “Rampages of Appreciation”.
