May God help us all, is my topic.
Because of all the violence and celebration of hatred and calls to murder others, I’ve heard about lately, I feel God is the only one to help us all.
First, this past week, with information and videos of murders of Iryna Zarutska, Charlie Kirk, another school shooting, and 911 deaths, being shown on social media, I reached my limit of negativity.
So, consequently, writing this article was something I needed to do.
In contrast to the hatred, celebration of assassinations, school shootings and deaths, my focus consciously, for many years, has been on the opposite.
You see, the Emotional Scale I share so often, shows you about emotions and vibrations, on two sides of this scale. I talk about how you can move up on the scale and perhaps to the left side. Your vibrations are higher on the left side, therefore, your happiness is increased.
Since I know when you can find appreciation, love, compassion and acceptance, whether you agree with someone, hatred and violence will become much less.
Your energy, your vibrations shift. You may even end up on the left side of the Emotional Scale more often.
God is who I pray to. I know we need to move into spirituality daily, to achieve less anger and hatred. We need a big reset in this country. It begins with each of us.
I’m calling for everyone to look at yourself and what you’re thinking, feeling and sharing, daily. To take quiet time each day to commune with your maker.
What if you took 5-10 minutes or more each day, to pray, meditate, and send good thoughts out into our world?
Do you think this can change yourself first? And then as you spread this goodness out into your world, gradually change it?
Additionally, I take responsibility for what I carry with me each day.
For instance, as I’ve felt helpless, scared for our world, and sad this week, I reached out to a friend to share what was going on inside of me.
My prayers, have increased and I’ve made sure I’m taking care of myself as well. It’s been OK to be sad and cry.
One thing that helped me on my lowest day, was to spend time with our almost 4 year old and 2 1/2 year old grandkids.
Their joy, energy, innocence and love, helped me tremendously.
Learn how to move through your emotions so you aren’t getting stuck in the negativity for long. Spend time doing what you enjoy and with those you enjoy.
What can you do to raise your own vibration and live more often on the left side of the scale?
Furthermore, I don’t relate to anyone that celebrates murder and violence. I’ve seen lots posted on social media lately and I have unfriended many people who stated hateful things.
I won’t engage with the hate. To me, it is simply adding more negativity.
I unfriend someone so I don’t need to look at their unkind and hateful comments.
Social media and the internet, have added to the hatred and negativity in our world. It can also add connection, love and joy.
Which do you choose?
Finally, for me to choose to be in the same vibration as God, I’m choosing to stand for each and every one of your goodness to shine.
I’m sending love and prayers to each of you, our country, planet, and Charlie and Iryna’s families. And all who have been injured and affected by any other violence.
Also, adding all of the people who are doing and speaking negativity. They need it the most.

PS. I’ve included the Emotional Scale so you can print it and keep it where you can look at it often.
